The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is an independent, nonprofit organization. ASE was established to improve the quality of vehicle repair and service through the voluntary testing and certification of technicians and other automotive service professionals. To become ASE certified, the technician must pass an ASE test and have at least 2 years of relevant full-time hands-on work experience in the motor vehicle service industry. An ASE master or advanced-level specialist has satisfied the basic requirements and completed a series of advanced tests in engine performance.

All our technicians are ASE master technicians.

    ok-512I hereby authorize the repair work listed to be done along with the necessary material and agree that you are not responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle, articles left in the vehicle, in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond your control or for any delays in parts shipments by the supplier or transporter.  I hereby grant you/or your employees permission to operate the vehicle herein described on streets, highways, or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection.  All express technician's lien is hereby acknowledged on listed vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto.  Diagnostic printouts from manufacturer original scan tools will not be released to customers due to their proprietary nature.
